Through the contact form: your name, email address, company, the type of enquiry and the message you write.

If you are a candidate: the profile details you send us, and, if you take part in an assessment, the work, progress records and evaluation results created during it.

Our web server may keep basic technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.

To reply to your enquiry. To source, screen, assess and place candidates. To prepare assessment reports for employers where a candidate takes part. To meet our legal obligations and protect our rights.

We rely on taking steps at your request before a contract, our legitimate interests in running a recruitment business, legal obligations, and your consent where we ask for it.

Employers, but only for candidates who take part in the process, and only the information needed to consider them for a role. Service providers that host this site or deliver email on our behalf. We do not sell personal data.

Candidates and employers may be located outside the European Economic Area. Where we transfer personal data there, we use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism.

Our standard target is to delete or anonymise recruitment data 12 months after the relevant role is closed, unless the law or an active process requires us to keep it longer. Enquiries that do not lead to a role are kept for as long as needed to deal with them.

You may ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a portable copy, or object to our use of it. Write to info@vastorabaltic.lt. You may also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).

This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this notice and ask for consent where the law requires it.
