Nine stages from requirement to direct hire.
Every candidate you see has completed a practical project built around your role, with the evidence written down.
Nine stages. Four phases. One shortlist you can trust.
From your requirement to a direct hire, every step is defined, tracked and written down.
- 01
Define
You tell us what the role really needs.
- 01
Client requirement
We receive your role requirements: technical skills, experience, language, working conditions and any other selection criteria.
- 01
- 02
Find
We look beyond one market and filter early.
- 02
International sourcing
We find and attract suitable candidates through international sourcing channels and our recruitment network.
- 03
Initial screening
Candidates are screened against your requirements: experience, technical background, communication, availability and role suitability.
- 02
- 03
Prove
Candidates show the work. We keep the evidence.
- 04
15-day practical assessment
Shortlisted candidates complete a structured 15-day project built around your role. We monitor progress, work quality, technical ability, problem solving, communication and professional discipline.
- 05
Evidence-based evaluation
We review each candidate's practical performance and assessment evidence against the agreed evaluation criteria.
- 06
Report and filtering
A structured assessment report is prepared for each relevant candidate. We filter candidates against your requirements and the assessment outcome.
- 04
- 04
Hire
You choose. The hire is direct.
- 07
Final shortlist
You receive a focused shortlist of suitable candidates together with their assessment information.
- 08
Client selection
You review the shortlist and choose who you want to hire. A conventional interview is not required in our standard process.
- 09
Offer letter and direct hiring
The selected candidate receives an offer letter from you and can continue working remotely until the visa is approved. They then join you directly, on terms agreed between you and the candidate.
- 07
What happens between day one and day fifteen.
The exact project, milestones and criteria are tailored to the role. The candidate receives the scope and the evaluation criteria before starting. This is the typical shape.
- Day 01
Briefing
Requirements, deliverables, access and assessment rules are shared.
- Day 02–04
Plan and first build
Planning, requirements analysis, approach and initial implementation.
- Day 05–08
Core work
Core development or execution and milestone completion.
- Day 09–11
Integrate and test
Extended implementation, integration, testing and problem solving.
- Day 12–13
Refine
Quality improvement, documentation and issue resolution.
- Day 14
Quality review
Final preparation and quality review.
- Day 15
Submit and close
Final submission, demonstration where applicable, evidence collection and closure.
Eight criteria in. One structured report out.
We score the work, not the number of hours reported. The report supports your decision. It is not a guarantee of future performance.
