Your 15-day project is your interview.
If you are an IT professional looking for a role with a European employer, you show what you can do on a real project and strong results go straight to the employer.
Seven steps from your profile to a direct job.
- 01
Apply
Send your profile and the kind of role you are looking for.
- 02
Screening
We check experience, technical background, communication and availability against open roles.
- 03
Practical project
You complete a structured 15-day project built around a real role. Scope and criteria are shared before you start.
- 04

Our team reviews your work against the criteria and writes an assessment report.
- 05
Shortlist
If your results fit the role, you are presented to the employer with your report.
- 06
Offer letter
The employer chooses who to hire. No conventional interview is required. If you are selected, you receive an offer letter.
- 07
Remote work, then relocation
You can continue working remotely for the employer until your visa is approved, then you join the team directly.

Selected? You get an offer letter and keep working while the visa is processed.
Your project does not wait for the paperwork. The chosen candidate starts working for the employer remotely, then moves in once the visa is approved.
- 1
You are selected
The employer reviews the short list and chooses the candidate. No interview round is needed.
- 2
Offer letter
The chosen candidate receives a written offer letter from the employer.
- 3
Remote work starts
The candidate keeps working for the employer remotely while the visa is processed.
- 4
Visa approved, move in
Once the visa is approved, the candidate relocates and joins the team on the full agreed package.
Visa decisions belong to the authorities and cannot be guaranteed. Salary and conditions are set by the employer in the offer.
What you can rely on.
- 01
The project is for evaluation
It exists to show your skills. It is not used to get undisclosed productive work, and you never touch an employer's production systems or customer data.
- 02
You know the rules first
You receive the scope and the evaluation criteria before you start, so you know what good looks like.
- 03
Your work is judged on substance
We look at the quality of results, not the number of hours you report.
- 04
Visas and relocation are never promised
If you need permission to work in Lithuania or elsewhere in Europe, next steps are agreed for each role. Decisions are made by the authorities, and nobody can guarantee them.
Candidate questions.
What happens in the 15 days?
You receive a project built around a real role, with the scope and evaluation criteria shared before you start. You work through milestones, share progress, and submit your work on the final day.
Is this free work for a company?
No. The project exists to show your skills. It is not used to obtain undisclosed productive work, and you never touch a company's production systems or customer data.
Who will employ me?
The company that selects you. You receive an offer letter from them and can continue working remotely until your visa is approved. After that you join them directly, on terms agreed between you and the company.
What about visas?
If you need permission to work in Lithuania or elsewhere in Europe, you keep working remotely for the employer while the visa is processed, and the next steps are agreed for each role. Visa decisions are made by the authorities and cannot be guaranteed by anyone.
How is my personal data handled?
We use candidate data only for recruitment, assessment and placement, in line with GDPR. Our standard target is to delete or anonymise it 12 months after the role closes, unless the law or an active process requires longer.
